the app was better when it first launched and you could actually use your coins to convert them into actual gift cards and items. now you can use your coins to be put into a “drawing” to win a gift card lol what a joke…. i wonder if anyone actually wins those.

The app is pretty good but after I redeemed a card I’m not seeing the chance to redeem another so it might be a glitch or trash app

The settings for the iPhone 15 are no longer the same. It says Live Activities instead and is switched on, so basically I’m no longer able to access the app. I was just prompted to update but the same issue persists.

I like the motivational boosters you can get with this app. However, I don’t like the fact that they don’t have gift cards you can redeem. The offers that they do offer are things that you can get just by visiting the websites. For example, Amazon is always trying to offer me a month free of Amazon prime. I would much rather just get the ability to redeem for a gift card rather than have to bid and see if you can be one of five lucky winners or something like that.

When I try pressing FAQ it’s wasn’t working

I’ve been putting the miles in for several weeks now and have racked up a good amount of sweat coins but now all the sudden the gift cards aren’t available for purchase so it’s like I’ve wasted all this time to make sure I’m opening the app every day and watching ads to get my x3 bonus for absolutely nothing.

I’ve been using it for a couple months and it honestly hasn’t done nothing for me. Honestly I just waste my time and I also just hurt myself while walking because when I came home I had a bruises on Which led to pain so I wasted my time and it was not good And it’s not even worth it I made 12 cents

The app seemed fine at first. I saved up enough sweat coins to cash out the minimum gift card. As soon as I did though, the “buy” tab on my app disappeared completely. This feels like a scam.

I cannot say I understand the point of this app in any way whatsoever. Who in the world wants to gamble ridiculous amounts of points or nothing? It’s like betting on the stars. Just have a simple goal where when you reach so many points you automatically earn a gift card. It’s not difficult.

Who’s running this app kids living with their mothers don’t know how to count still playing video games in the basement.I step 1 hour 4 1/2 miles get counted 900 steps really do the math or update the app get with the times let’s (get it pumping Chicago walks)

Downloaded this for walking motivation. It worked for a while, but since I’ve started joining in on challenges, it’s just made me mad. I complete a challenge, but then when the challenge officially ends, it says that I didn’t complete it in time even though it just told me I was 100% complete. You don’t earn many sweatcoins otherwise.

This app basically gives you coins from steps to use as discounts specifically at websites that they promote and own while it says “promo ends in 48 hours” they have temporary websites to sell expensive things giving you the illusion that your getting a good deal. Their websites claim to have good reviews on Trustpilot, but don’t have any. I just donate all the money I get, you can’t convert to real money. It’s useless

I had tried it for a few days a couple of months ago and realized it wasn’t for me. I typically don’t like apps that deal with money, but I gave it a shot. I went to delete my account and it kept saying “error.” I tried updating it and got the same result. I’ve tried to delete my account multiple times since then and there’s always an error. This is just sketchy; why am I trapped in this app? I tried emailing as well about the issue but got no response. Please delete my account so I can remove the app from my phone. There’s no use in having it take up space when I don’t use it.

I've been on this app for a month now and have yet to get the 2 times sweatcoins working. I don't know about all these ad’s either.

Please make it so you can use a phone number or email!!! So many more people could use it if you made this change

Almost every single day this app says I’m about 4-5k less steps than I actually have walked. I’ve walked over 4,000 steps today but this app says I’ve only walked 500.

I am getting the report that no one has reached the monthly goal for April of 150k steps. Except I have reached the steps by 100,000 and haven’t been given the award. Please fix this. I have a screen shot saved on my phone for proof. I would like my payment for the month of April. Another challenge says I didn’t reach the goal total. ClassPass Spring Into Motion Challenge. I would like reward for using this app

I've been doing this app for a long time now. Hasn't paid much and there are quite a few ads to watch but I still do it. It's okay.

I really enjoyed this app at first. A little upset by the slow increase in coins obtained, the cap of 10 for free players, and limited cash-out options. The app relies on ads and “draws” that’s really just gambling I highly doubt a player could actually win. There were gift card options which I was saving for, but now they’ve been removed as of May 2025. Really upset that this application has taken away all guaranteed cash out methods. Don’t waste your time: Sweatcoin is NOT worth it.

I used all of my sweatcoins that I accumulated, which was 319.61 steps worth, to buy tickets for a $75 gift card super draw. I ended up winning and when I went to redeem my gift card it said it had already been redeemed. I tried using the in app support but nothing was helping me or fixing the problem. I emailed them but I am still waiting to hear back. This app is cool to see how many steps you are using but in my experience using the coins to win things is a scam.

I keep getting a message to fix the motion settings, but the app does not show in my privacy/motion settings

Somebody really need to address the Boost feature

When I started using this app just over a month ago there was a “Buy” option to redeem your sweatcoins for actual $ in the form of gifts cards. I worked really hard and saved 1100 sweatcoins, using the app every day, walking, using scratch offs and watching ads/visiting sponsor websites. Now the “Buy” option is gone. The only Choice is to buy tickets to drawings (where you just know you’re not gonna win). I emailed customer support and they say the Buy option was a temporary new user perk. How is a new user supposed to have any sweatcoins to trade in??? So basically they lure you in by saying you can get real $ as gift cards and then as soon as you get invested they take it away. Total scam!

Would be better if there was actual cash prizes after a while, I’ve used this app for soo long and haven’t ever got anything.

It used to be that you could use the coins to purchase gift cards. Of course, it took hundreds of coins that would take weeks to earn- but now they’ve completely removed the feature and now you have to purchase tickets for scratch offs and raffles for chances at gift cards, it’s disgusting.

I really like this app, but it has stopped working. It says that I haven’t walked in days, which is so not true. Then some days it works. I love seeing my progress, but when it doesn’t count on certain days, it gets frustrating.
